BUCYRUS— Several people have appeared in Crawford County Common Pleas Court recently on a multitude of charges.
A $1 million bond was set for a Crawford County man during his arraignment on June 18 on several rape and drug charges.
Bradley Eugene Heater, 58, pleaded not guilty to 10 rapes charges, all first-degree felonies, one charge of corrupting another with drugs, a second-degree felony, and one count of trafficking in drugs and one count of intimidation, both third-degree felonies. Bucyrus attorney Andrew Motter was appointed to represent him.

A Bucyrus man who was arrested on June 12 by Bucyrus Police officers in the 200 block of North Spring Street is now facing several felony drug-related charges.
Joseph T. Lewis, 40, pleaded not guilty to two counts of possession of drugs, both third-degree felonies, one fifth-degree charge of possession of drugs, and a misdemeanor charge for possession of drug paraphernalia during his arraignment on June 18.

His bond was set at $100,000 and local attorney Edward Corley was appointed to represent him.
Caleb M. Daniels, Bucyrus, 30, was sentenced to 18 months in prison, with credit for 73 days he has already served, after he pleaded guilty to one count of driving under the influence, a fourth-degree felony.

He was ordered to pay a $1,350 fine plus court costs and must forfeit his vehicle to the Crawford County Sheriff's Office. He received a lifetime driver's license suspension.
Jericho Trummell, Toledo, 18, pleaded guilty to one count of burglary, a third-degree felony, and was sentenced to three years in prison.

He was ordered to report to the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office on July 18 to be taken to prison to begin serving his sentence.
Tristan A. Woods, 27, was sentenced to eight months in prison on one charge of felony drug possession.

Woods must also forfeit all drug-related property to the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office and will receive credit for 41 days he has already served in jail.
