A Crawford County jury found Stacy Brady guilty on two counts of intimidation of a witness, both third-degree felonies, following a two-day jury trial Jan. 22–23 in Common Pleas Court. Judge Sean E. Leuthold presided. Brady was represented by defense attorney Thomas G. Nicholson.
Prosecutors said Brady attempted to influence or intimidate two witnesses in a criminal case through force or unlawful threats. The incidents occurred Aug. 20, 2025, in Crawford County.
The charges stem from Brady’s efforts to assist her son, Lovell Wareham, who is currently serving a five-year prison sentence for domestic violence and abduction. Wareham now faces additional charges, including 20 counts of illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material, four counts of intimidation, two counts of retaliation, and one count of importuning. His trial has not yet been scheduled.
Brady remains in the Crawford County Justice Center awaiting sentencing.
