A Galion, second-degree felony charge following an indictment returned by a Crawford County grand jury.
Jadyn J. Griffin, 20, was indicted during the Jan. 6, 2026 session of the Crawford County Common Pleas Court. The charge stems from an incident alleged to have occurred on or about April 10, 2025.
Griffin is charged with pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor or impaired person, a felony of the second degree. According to the indictment, prosecutors allege Griffin knowingly created, recorded, or reproduced material depicting a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct.
Griffin was arraigned Jan. 8, 2026, before Judge Sean Leuthold. He entered a plea of not guilty, and the court appointed Madison Garverick as defense counsel.
Judge Leuthold set bond at $100,000 cash or surety. If bond is posted, Griffin is prohibited from having any contact with juveniles by any means.
At the time of publication, Griffin remains incarcerated at the Crawford County Justice Center.
Defendants are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Further proceedings will be scheduled in Crawford County Common Pleas Court.
