
Kevin J.K. Lammie was convicted of felonious assault and domestic violence; acquitted on a strangulation charge.
BUCYRUS — A Bucyrus man was sentenced to several years in prison on Thursday after he was found guilty on two of three charges last week during a jury trial in Crawford County Common Pleas Court.
Kevin J.K. Lammie, 33, was found guilty of one count of felonious assault, a second-degree felony, and one misdemeanor charge of domestic violence during his jury trial on April 18. He was not found guilty of one count of strangulation, a fourth-degree felony.

He was sentenced to a minimum of six years in prison to a maximum of nine years in prison on the felonious assault conviction. He was also sentenced to six months in jail on the domestic violence charge. That sentence will run concurrently to the time he will be serving for felonious assault.
Lammie was also ordered to pay all court costs associated with his case. He will receive credit for 202 days he has already served in jail and was appointed an attorney for the appeals process.
