Thomas A. Nolen, 71, of Bucyrus passed away on Thursday July 24, 2025, at home. Thomas was born June 29, 1954, in Bucyrus to the late Elmer Nolen and Wilma (Spears) Nolen who survives. He is also survived by daughters Christina (Shawn Johnson) Hill, Patricia (Clifton) Goodin, and Sara (Kenny) Cress all of Bucyrus; grandchildren Garret Johnson, Curtus Smathers, Evan, Payton, and Tanner Cress; siblings John (Marie) Zornes, Jeff (Sonja) Nolen, Wesley Nolen, Marvin (Kara) Nolen, and Brian (Sherry) Nolen; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Thomas formerly worked at Zahara’s, Honey Creek, and Swan Rubber. He also worked as a painter and remodeled houses. Thomas was a graduate of Bucyrus High School in 1973.
