Wynford’s Rising Star

Wynford High School senior Conner Bloomfield is no stranger to the spotlight. Whether he’s on stage performing or leading in his school community, Conner brings energy, passion, and a whole lot of personality to everything he does.
The son of Ryan and Beth Bloomfield and little brother to Ashley, Conner has spent years honing his craft in theater. He has participated in ten productions at Wynford and even performed at the Bucyrus Little Theatre. Some of his shows include Grease, Annie, The Little Mermaid, and Mamma Mia — which happens to be his favorite. Up next, you can catch him in Bye Bye Birdie on March 14–16 at Wynford.
But Conner isn’t just a star on stage — he’s also a leader. He serves as the secretary and treasurer of Wynford’s Interact Club, is a FFA and TI (Teen Institute) member, and even competed on the Wynford swim team. He also spent three years in FCCLA (Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America), proving his dedication to leadership and community.

Outside of school, Conner has been working at Taco Bell for three years, showing off his dedication and work ethic. And when he’s not acting or leading, you might just find him collecting comic books, playing video games with friends, or just hanging out. Oh, and did we mention? Conner can cook! His favorite meal to make? A perfectly cooked steak with asparagus and broccoli. (Let’s be real — if theater and leadership don’t work out, he’s got a future as a top chef!)

Conner’s next adventure will take him to Bowling Green State University, where he plans to major in communications — a fitting choice for someone who thrives on connection and expression. When asked how he’d describe himself, Conner proudly says, “I’m the good-time guy with lots of personality.” And if you ask him what he loves most about Wynford, he’ll tell you it’s the strong sense of community that makes it feel like home. With his talent, leadership, and infectious enthusiasm, there’s no doubt that Conner Bloomfield will shine wherever he goes next. Best of luck at BGSU, Conner!
