BUCYRUS — Barb Bradley has spent the last 47 years in real estate, and at the age of 83, she is not planning on slowing down anytime soon.
Bradley is actually adding Bucyrus and Crawford County to her service area.
“I sell residential, commercial, and agricultural real estate. I love what I do and have a real passion for it,” Bradley said.
Not only has she sold real estate in Marion, Marysville, Delaware, Indian Lake, and Columbus over the past four decades, she even sold one of her granddaughters a house in Bucyrus recently.
“I love Crawford County and have now made it my home,” said Bradley.
Bradley’s daughter, Kimm Kessinger, is the owner of Bucyrus-based Abilities in Action, and her granddaughter, Amanda Moran, owns Chrysalis Advantage Point in rural Bucyrus, two businesses that Bradley helped set up for success.
“Getting those businesses up and running was a great time in our lives,” said Bradley.
She said her real estate clients are extremely important to her, and she is available for them night or day.
“I work hard to find the perfect house for my clients and the perfect clients for the houses I list,” Bradley said with a smile. “Nothing makes me happier than seeing one of my clients find the perfect property for them.”
Bradley, who has won multiple state real estate awards, has been a $1 million producer for several years.
“I am excited about adding Bucyrus and Crawford County to my service area. And I have a whole team behind me at Coldwell Banker Real Estate. We come with the total package for the people of Crawford County,” Bradley said.
She said a changing market when it comes to interest rates is just part of the business.
“Rates go up and down, so I have sold houses when interest rates were at 18 percent, and I have sold houses when interest rates were at their lowest,” Bradley said.
She likes to preview properties before showing them to her clients.
“I want to make sure the properties I am showing are the type of properties that my clients are looking for,” she said. “To find the perfect properties for my clients, I not only listen to what they are saying, but what they are not saying.”
Bradley is a member of the MLS (Multiple Listing Service), which allows her to show and secure the sale of properties that other agents have listed.
“I invest in people and have good relationships with my clients,” said Bradley. “Whether someone is in the market to buy, sell, or both, I have the experience, knowledge, and passion it takes to help them with all of their real estate needs.”
